Descriptive Information

Project and Contents Description
U.S. Federal Publications is a select collection of U.S. federal government publications containing significant statistical data and information about Utah or that are of specific interest to Utah communities. These are publications submitted by federal agencies and partners, born-digital publications selected by staff of the Utah State Library, or publications acquired through participation in collaborative digitization initiatives with the Government Printing Office and other libraries. As of June 2013, the collection consists of nearly 10,000 federal publications in mostly PDF format. Related collections in Utah Government Publications Online include publications created by Utah state and local governments. Utah Government Publications Online was created by an Act of the Utah Legislature in 2006 (Utah Code, Title 09, Chapter 07 - § 9-7-201 to 9-7-209).
